Keeping track of the progress of your projects is critical to accomplishing your goals. But finding the information you need sometimes requires extra work, and the information not always accurate. Insight about both the overall progression of your projects, and the individual performances in a team environment, is then key in management decision-making, such as decisions about resource allocation.

In our constant effort to provide the best possible tool that boosts the productivity and collaboration of your team, we are now proud and happy to announce the brand new Azendoo dashboards.

Azendoo subjects analytics is now live for everyone!

A while back, we released the first dashboards on Azendoo. Today, I’m thrilled to announce that we have stepped up our game and now have a full project wide dashboard!

Every Subject member can now see their dashboards by clicking on the Analytics tab next to the existing Activity, Tasks, and Documents tabs, which can all be found under the Subject name.

​A whole new way to monitor your projects

These awesome new dashboards include two main views: a graph view, and a view for the total number of Tasks per category, including a breakdown of the Task distribution by team member. The graph’s time frame options are 7, 60, or 90 days. You can also export the data to an XLS file.

Progress & Activity graphs

There are two different types of graphs:

  • The Progress graph, which shows the progress over time of the Subject, displaying the total number of Tasks remaining and of Tasks completed.
  • The Activity graph, which shows how many Tasks have been created or completed each day.

The first graph gives you an idea of the ongoing progress of a Subject. You can see at a glance how much more work is going to be needed to complete what you have planned to do, which can help you to decide the number of resources that you should allocate to this Subject.

The second graph displays the Task activity in the Subject over a given period of time. You can see Tasks added and Tasks completed per day. This graph enables you to monitor whether, and to what extent, the Subject is currently active.

Tasks Analytics and member contribution

The second part of the Analytics dashboard shows the number of Tasks in the selected Subject.

Every member can see the total number of Tasks in a Subject that are: to do, due this week, overdue, completed, to do someday or unassigned. Each part is clickable, redirecting you directly to the Task view concerned.

But the best part is that you can see the breakdown of the Task distribution per user. What is even better is that you can sort members by the number of Tasks of a given type, or by name. This makes it easy to see who is late on Tasks, and who gets most done.
