This is a User Story written by Heather Wenzel, marketing assistant for a Non-Profit.

Could you tell us a bit about your work?
I am the marketing assistant for a nonprofit women's business networking group, and I manage everything including the organization's website content updates, social media management, email newsletters, new member outreach, event scheduling and promotion, and collateral development.
My position is part-time, in addition to my full-time position at an advertising agency. I use Azendoo at both of my jobs, but it has been a huge benefit for my work with this nonprofit.
How do you use Azendoo to organise your work?
As with any job, there are some projects I need to do every day, some that I need to do weekly, and some that are just a one-off project.
Azendoo is perfect for this because it makes it easy to duplicate and schedule projects across my days and weeks. I'm a highly visual and hands-on person, so Azendoo makes it very simple and intuitive for me to reschedule a project I didn't get to, or check off a project that I completed ahead of time. Just the way Azendoo is laid out makes me feel more productive!
How has the application changed the way in which you work?
Not having to worry about crossing things off a list or rewriting my lists to accommodate project changes saves me time and stress. I don't need to constantly be checking my list to make sure I'm not forgetting something, because I can arrange my tasks in order of most to least important every morning, and rearrange them as needed.
This has made me more productive because I am less concerned with cross-checking several lists, and even lets me note what others are working on, so I know that I don't have to worry about if a certain task is getting done and by whom.
What is your favorite feature of the application?
Two things really solidified my decision to use Azendoo - the drag-and-drop feature, and the ability to virtually "check" things off my list.
Being able to rearrange my tasks and projects saves me so much time and hassle, and really makes good use of the application platform of Azendoo.
Writing a list on paper doesn't allow me to rearrange tasks without a great deal of erasing and Wite-Out, putting Azendoo a leg above traditional methods of project management. As I mentioned, I am highly visual and hands-on, and I NEED the feeling of accomplishment that comes with crossing off a task once it is finished.
Azendoo not only lets me do that, but also go back to see what I already checked off my list in case I need to double-check (which I do often!) or put it back on my task list due to a change in project scope (which also happens often!).
What does the future hold for you and Azendoo?
Hopefully a long and prosperous relationship! But in all honesty, I hope that the Azendoo team continues to frequently update features, listen to their customers, and continue to enhance a truly solid product.
Even as a marketing professional, I strongly believe "If it ain't broke, don't fix it" and I am so happy that the Azendoo team has NOT tried to throw all the bells and whistles into this product or lose sight of what it really is - a simple, intuitive project management platform.
Who would you recommend the application to?
Is it ridiculous to say everyone? Azendoo is perfect for my career, my side work, and my personal projects. I can't imagine getting through the day, let alone a week, without Azendoo, and I hope I never have to.
