Edouard Petit is Bunkr’s co-founder and CMO. Bunkr is a start-up offering a simple way of creating presentations, and Edouard is in charge of all marketing, communications and commercialization.
To date, there are four members of the team using Azendoo, primarily to manage Bunkr's marketing and sales. They have organized themselves onto one Workspace, where they have created five Subjects: “PR”, “API Sales”, “Customer Success”, “Content Marketing”, and “Internal”. Edouard creates the Tasks to be carried out within each of these Subjects, delegating them to his team members.
The Bunkr team had long been looking for the perfect tool to manage both their marketing and their development needs in one go. In the end, they opted for using two different tools for these two teams. The marketing team moved onto Azendoo, and the development team stayed on GitHub. Edouard explains that what attracted him most was Azendoo's simplicity and ease of use. If he has a new idea, or if there is something that needs doing, he can note it in a Task on the app in two seconds and then organize it accordingly.
Thanks to the Analytics dashboard, Edouard now has a global vision of his team's work: the 'hot' Subjects where there is a lot of activity going on, and the Subjects which have been somewhat left behind. He can thus organize his week according to his team’s workload.
“It’s thanks to Azendoo that I now have a real vision of what my team is doing. It's management, without really having to manage anything!”
So what’s his favorite Azendoo functionality? Surely the ability to set a due date for a given Task, to a specific day and hour: Edouard has seen a real flexibility in his work with this functionality.
“I now organize my week into two phases. At the start of the week, I set initiatives and launch any reminders. Then at the end of the week, I organize demos and client calls. Because I can set recurrent Tasks, I never forget anything anymore. It's really as simple as that.”
Edouard is currently in the process of reorganizing the Bunkr team and will progressively outsource part of the skilled labor, including content production. Azendoo is therefore now the centralized hub for the organization of all of the work that Bunkr does.
