Getting started with a new product is not an easy thing to do (especially when it’s work-related). You need to learn how to use this new product, which can often mean changing your habits and creating a new routine.

You know how at some point we all have to learn to walk, and then we progress to learning how to ride a bike? Yes it felt hard, because it was new and different, but we eventually manage to ride that bike, and also learn a new way of getting around faster in the process.

It is the same thing with Azendoo! You’re used to sending emails and organizing follow-up meetings, and you’re fine with that. But what if there was a new way of working better and faster with your team? What if you could learn a new method to manage your daily workload smartly?

It might seem hard to get onboard with Azendoo at first, as you’re so used to good old email. But believe us when we say that we have built a tool to help you save time and enjoy your work (or at least the work-management side of things).

We’ve been working on this product for three years now, and it has already proven its efficiency with the teams at Nike, Pentagram, Evernote, and many more.

Why not give it a try?

So, to help you get onboard with Azendoo, we have created this 3-Day Getting Started with Azendoo guides, to lead you step-by-step in your understanding of Azendoo:

  • DAY 1 - You will learn what Azendoo is about, what the main elements of the application are, and how it will help you and your team.

  • DAY 2 - On the second day, you will learn how to organize your Task lists, how to create a Subject, and how to invite your team members. This second guide aims at getting you up and running on Azendoo.

  • DAY 3 - On the last day, we’ll give you some handy advice about how to organize your daily routine, and how to make Azendoo the hub of your team’s communication and work.

These guides are your guides! So feel free to download them and share them with your team.

Plus, if you have other more specific questions, we’ve also created a more comprehensive guide to every aspect of the Azendoo app:
