A few weeks ago, we organised a competition to celebrate the release of Azendoo's new Public Tasks feature. Many of you shared your tasks with us across your social networks. Thank you to you all for your input!
We are now very pleased to announce the lucky winner: Grégory Maubon will be taking home the Pfeiffer laptop platform. Congratulations, Grégory! We made the most of this opportunity to ask him a few questions about how he uses Azendoo.

Hello Grégory, could you tell us a bit about your work?
My current work is in augmented reality consultancy. I guide and assist businesses and institutions in their projects that are related to this technology. I'm also Vice President of the association RA'pro (Association for the Promotion of Augmented Reality), and digital media co-ordinator for HCS Pharma, a brand new startup in the field of biotechnologies. So you can see how useful I might find an organisation tool such as Azendoo!
How do you use Azendoo to organise your work?
I use Azendoo in really quite a straightforward way, as a sort of collaborative to-do list. I make a lot of use of the 'subjects' function in order to organise my tasks as I have several different projects on the go at once, across my different jobs.

For each task, I attach the relevant documents from Dropbox, Google Drive and box.net, so as to make the tasks as comprehensive as possible. It's a very effective way to make sure that no documents ever get lost or missed out!

I have compared and analysed a number of the solutions available out there and honestly, I haven't found anything better than Azendoo.
Did you have any difficulties in getting your team to join the application?
I didn't really encounter any great problems, largely because the tool is so simple to get to grips with. The best way to convince my co-workers to use it is to make sure that I myself am thorough in my use of the tool. That way, they know that 'everything is there' – and that means time saved for everyone!
How has the application changed the way in which you work?
I wouldn't say that Azendoo has revolutionised the way I work, but rather that using it has made things simpler :) I am 'stricter' with myself now, in terms of how I organise my tasks.
What is your favourite feature of the application?
For me, the overwhelming advantage of the tool is the possibility to attach documents to my tasks, from across a range of other tools such as Dropbox, Google drive and Evernote. According to whichever project I am working on, I don't actually always end up using the same services and so being able to centralise my to-do list in this way is a huge plus point.

What does the future hold for you and Azendoo?
I think we are going to stay very good friends :) I really like the on-going development of the mobile versions of the application and honestly.... well, it would be difficult to get by without it!
Who would you recommend the application to?
To everyone! :) At the risk of sounding cliché, I think that when you have a wide range of collaborative projects to manage, across teams that are as diverse as the projects are, and you’re using several different document-sharing services, Azendoo is really the only effective solution out there.
