Could you tell us a bit about your work?
Manager, financial advisor and owner of Dinheiro em Foco Consultoria, I served for more than 10 years in various positions in the financial area of national and multinacional companies. During this period, work performed financial planning, management of infrastructure, besides the preparation of feasibility studies for new projects and investments.
Currently I hold business financial consulting, as well as courses about financial area and Evernote Business.
How do you use Azendoo to organise your work?
I use Azendoo like GTD tool. It's really useful to organize my goals and tasks. I use split my plan between (Daily Planner, Weekly Planner, Monthly Planner and Yearly Planner) like I learned with the book "Getting Results the Agile Way".
Did you have any facilities in getting your team to join the application?
As I work on multiple projects with different teams, usually I suggest the application whenever I need to remotely manage a project or when we have tight deadlines to meet.
Azendoo makes sense for my work because of the tight integration with Evernote. It is the perfect blend of information always to hand with the integration of my planning. I used my To-do-sync of work between the applications, export tasks and share notes links with stakeholders.
What is your favorite feature of the application?
Split my tasks in Projects. It's really useful !
What does the future hold for you and Azendoo?
I have conscience that I am new to Azendoo as always discover new features and solutions to improve my daily life. As I have Evernote as the center of my professional and personal information, I believe that the continuation and improvement of this integration between platforms always aggregate.
Who would you recommend the application to?
I recommend for people who need to manage many activities and / or need to work with remote teams.
