We are rolling out a redesign of the workspace settings, as well as the workspace members page. Here’s what will change and what stays the same..
Your access to the workspace settings has changed a little. Instead of having to click twice, your workspace settings are now one click away.
The content of the workspace settings menu will differ according to your role within each workspace.
If you are a member, you only see the workspace settings window, which contains the new email to task for the current workspace and the button to leave the workspace.
If you are an administrator, you will have an additional tab called "Team’s Profile", where you will find all your current workspace settings.
Here you can:
- Change and delete the workspace icon
- Rename the workspace
- Allow or disallow members from inviting new members
- Enable or disable the invitation link
- Upgrade your team if you haven’t already done so
- Delete the workspace
- Manage your team, which opens the new workspace user window

We have also redesigned the workspace members page, and made it into a modal window. This will make finding other users, identifying admins, and managing guests and invitations much easier.
You can access it by clicking on the “# members” bouton right on top of your team avatars.
You now can find a user by typing their name, open the direct message box, and if you are an admin you have additional options such as granting and revoking admin rights, and removing the user from the workspace.
The new view allows you to see all the guests on your workspace at a glance. You can also search by name, and see which subjects they are a guest on.
The new Pending tab shows your pending invitations to join this workspace. Here you can re-send or revoke invitations.
